Thankfully my grandson told me about PC-Care which is located here in southeastern Ohio. PC-Care is very friendly and I recommend them to anyone. They took the time to explain to me how I can prevent this from happening in the future. PC-Care also cleaned up my desktop and my Google browser. PC-Care performed miracles on my laptop and now I'm relaxed with a smooth running laptop. Thanks so much PC-Care, you guys are the best!
